Journalist Carmen Hornillos dies at age 52 | Television

The journalist Carmen Hornillos has died at the age of 52 in Santander after years of fighting cancer, as confirmed by sources from Telecinco, the network in which she collaborated on programs such as Save me o What a happy time!, presented by María Teresa Campos. A regular at social gatherings, he had become a popular face on television after her participation in Martian Chroniclesspace presented by Javier Sardá.

Hornillos began his professional career in Diary 16 as a culture and sports editor, although her popularity would come thanks to the tabloid press and society chronicles. Her television premiere was on Antena 3 with the program Everything is going wellalong with Pepe Navarro and continued to work as a collaborator and talk show host in different Telecinco spaces, as well as on the radio in the program Protagonistsby Luis del Olmo, on Onda Cero.

In 2004 he presented the program Heart of the millennium on Channel 7, a space about the pink world that remained on the air until 2008. Since 2010 he collaborated on the Telecinco program What a happy time!
