Journalist Anna Vaccarella suffered a health problem while fulfilling some work obligations in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia state, which she herself commented on.
It was through Your Instagram account that the Venezuelan published a video from a doctor’s office, located in the capital Zulia, to explain to her followers what happened to one of her eyes.
As explained by the social communicator, she woke up with severe pain in her right eye, which forced her to visit a specialist, who gave her anesthesia and performed some tests to detect the damage.
“Everything is a miracle, definitely. I was perfect. Well, I’m fine, thank God, I’m in Maracaibo, today we have work and I woke up that I can’t stand this eye with a very strong burning, right now with anesthesia and I’m with Dr. Renzo”, he expressed.
Vaccarella said she scratched her cornea, and later in the audio-visual she focused on the attending physician, who explained in detail what happened to the journalist and showed the images of the affected eye.
“During sleep, because there is no history, the eyelid was probably left open and with the pillow, with the nail, with everything at night, movements, because it generates acceleration,” commented Dr. Renzo Suárez.
In the end, Anna Vaccarella thanked God because nothing serious happened to her, but she remembered how vulnerable people can be and with this “life lesson” she stated once more that “everything is a miracle.”
