What are Design of Experiments (DOE)? During the first session of this series of three one-hour workshops, concrete examples will allow you to understand why these are essential tools for scientists and engineers.
At the end of the three modules, you will receive an Engineering Techniques certificate.

Goals :
The goal of these three workshops is to introduce you to inspiring examples of the use of DOEs in many aspects of bringing products to market, including design, discovery, product development, process development, scaling up and transfer or the development of analysis methods. It will also provide the know-how and resources you will need to get started with design of experiments.

Emmanuel Romeu
Senior Systems Engineer for JMP, a division of SAS specializing in installed software for dynamic data visualization and analysis.
Emmanuel Romeu is a pre-sales consultant in the south of France. Before joining JMP, Emmanuel worked for 25 years at Beckman-Coulter Diagnostics where he successively worked in industrialization, R&D in medical diagnostics and finally as a statistician. He graduated in biological engineering from the University of Clermont Ferrand and in statistics from the University of Strasbourg.
Stephane Georges
Senior Systems Engineer pour JMP
A graduate of Grenoble INP in materials science and process engineering, Stéphane worked for 22 years at Clecim, an engineering and equipment production company for the steel industry of flat products, where he successively held positions in the design of piloting models for industrial installations (rolling mills, skin pass, etc.) or process optimization (laser cutting and welding). The modeling of industrial processes naturally led him to the field of data science. In 2016, Stéphane discovered JMP and the chemistry between the two operates. He received the prize for the best article published at the Discovery Summit Europe 2022.
