Through his social networks, the lawyer Jordán Rodas Andrade announced that the Constitutional Court (CC) admitted for processing the amparo presented by the Movement for the Liberation of the Peoples party (MLP) against the ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ).

CC processes amparo
“The Court of origin is ordered to send this Court amparo number 209-2023 and its respective background information, within three days of being notified, under warning that, in case of non-compliance, it may incur the responsibilities set forth in the Law of the matter”, indicates the fragment of the CC resolution shared by the former Human Rights Ombudsman.
This seems to be the last path that the MLP could use to request the registration of its pairing.
Last week, the CSJ decided to definitively deny the protection requested by the MLP.
The decision was by majority, with Judge Delia Dávila being the only one who presented a dissenting vote.
