Speaking at the microphone of RTL this Thursday, November 17, the mother of Jonathann Daval, sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of his wife Alexia in 2017, confided that her son “gets along very well with Guy Georges”, famous serial killer.
Sentenced to 25 years in prison, Jonathann Daval has been imprisoned for five years for the murder of his wife, Alexia. On the occasion of the release of his book Me, mother of Jonathann, the mother of the latter, Martine Henry, made a rather surprising confidence to our colleagues from RTL this Thursday, November 17. She explained that her son “gets along very well with Guy Georges”, a famous French serial killer who has been incarcerated since 2001.

After journalist Julien Sellier asked her if she wasn’t worried regarding her son – who rubs shoulders with famous criminals like Francis Heaulme, Patrice Alègre, or even Nordahl Lelandais in prison – she simply replied: “I’m not I’m not worried at all because he gets along very well with Guy Georges. I didn’t expect that”. And the killer’s mother continues: Guy Georges “did very horrible things”, but “he comes to say hello to us, he is very nice, very polite. He has surely changed in prison because they all change in prison, they calm down.”
“I will always be there for Jonathann”
During the interview, Martine Henry returned to the links she still has with her son. “We go there (in prison, editor’s note) every 15 days. It’s a routine, it’s our new life. I need to see him and he needs to see us”, she confides to the microphone of RTL. “We hear the keys, the doors all the time, there are lots of people. It’s very destabilizing. (…) I will always be present for Jonathann. I can’t deny my child, even if he’s a criminal.”
As for the rumors claiming that Jonathann would have had an intimate relationship with a fellow prisoner, Martine Henry assured that the latter always denied in block.
