JC Daniel Foundation’s 13th Film Awards (JC Daniel Foundation Awards) have been announced. The best film is Aavasavyuham directed by Krishand RK. Joju George is the best actor for his acting in Maduram, Naayat and Freedom Fight. Durga Krishna was also selected as the best actress for her performance in the film Udal. The award was decided by a jury headed by R Sarath and comprising Vinu Abraham, VC Jose and Arun Mohan. Films censored in 2021 were considered for the award.
