Tunisian President Kais Saied affirmed, during his meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Faisal Al-Miqdad, at the Carthage Palace yesterday, Tunisia’s position in support of Syria, praising the achievements made by Syria under the leadership of President Bashar Al-Assad.
Al-Miqdad conveyed to the Tunisian President the greetings of President Bashar al-Assad and his thanks to the Tunisian leadership, government and people for the aid it provided to Syria to face the ordeal of the earthquake and the messages this aid carried and the deep bonds it reflected between the two brotherly peoples.
Al-Miqdad also conveyed President al-Assad’s congratulations to President Saeed on the occasion of the approaching Eid al-Fitr.
