United Russia organizes a sports summer marathon “Power of Russia”
From June 1, the United Russia party will open the Power of Russia summer sports marathon. Various sports events will be organized throughout the country, in which everyone can participate. Famous athletes will be attracted to participate in the marathon.
“On Children’s Day, June 1, we will focus on children’s sports. On June 12, we will hold training sessions and master classes in national and non-Olympic sports. On June 24, on Youth Day, we want to focus on the norms of the TRP. July 8 – in family sports,” said Olga Zanko, chairman of the Council of Party Supporters, who is one of the organizers of the event. Her words are quoted by the press service of the United Russia party. She drew attention to the fact that within the framework of the sports marathon, events will be organized in military camps, with the families of the mobilized.
During the marathon, the United Russia faction will hold free classes in sports centers, mass exercises, master classes and other activities in the regions. From July 24 to July 31, inclusive events will be organized, with a focus on people with disabilities.
Training will take place both in person and online. To participate in the marathon from June 1, you need to register on the website sila-rossii.er.ru. After registration, a ticket with a unique participant number and a QR code will be sent to your email. A unique number allows participants to receive a prize.
The regions are already actively involved in organizing the Power of Russia sports marathon. Events prepared in the Kurgan region.
“These will be master classes in taekwondo, sambo, gymnastics lessons. Our traditional action “Charging with a star” will also take place. We have experience in the mass delivery of TRP standards. I will add that all the federations of the region will join the marathon, because our common task is to promote a healthy lifestyle and physical activity not only in the regional center, but also in the most remote corners of the Kurgan region, ”said a member of the regional Council of United Russia supporters in Kurgan region Larisa Sokolova.
The partners of the marathon were the Young Guard of United Russia, the Russian Sambo Federation, the Russian Union of Athletes, the Union of National and Non-Olympic Sports, the Association of Russian Fitness Industry Operators, DOSAAF, the All-Russian Society of the Disabled, Yunarmiya.
