Spie batignolles énergie is a recognized expert in the fields of electrical engineering, climate control, multi-technical maintenance, railway infrastructure and energy networks.
As part of our development, we are looking for an Electricity Team Leader M/F for the Rhône department.
In cooperation with the site manager, you will independently manage the work carried out under our various framework agreements and monitor your team.
To do this, you will be required to:
– Monitor the progress of the work based on the plans sent to you,
– Ensure proper management of equipment and check the conformity of materials,
– Lead and coordinate your team of companions,
– Ensure safety, prevention and the environment, for the well-being of your team and the property around you,
– Communicate regularly with the site manager and the works supervisor on progress reports, anomalies detected and propose alternative solutions.
