The Halo developer posted a job listing showing that it is currently searching for a Multiplayer Playlist Designer, but anyone applying for the position should know about Forge and be able to choose what can be brought to the main multiplayer playlist. The listing states: “In this role, you will design, implement and manage playlists that meet the needs of Halo Infinite. You will work with partner teams to ensure content (maps and modes) are properly represented in our playlists, and aligned with scheduled gameplay events. You will also find, review, and add community-produced Forge content to playlists, working directly with Forges to ensure their experience meets expectations. Designed as a multiplayer playlist As a consultant, you will hone your collaboration skills, utilize our internal playlist tools, and play a hands-on role in Halo Infinite that directly impacts player experience.
