Actor Johnny Depp was found unconscious in a hotel room in the city of Budapest, where he was supposed to give a show with his band Hollywood Vampires. The recital had to be cancelled.
Although the news has come out in the last few hours, it was on the tour that the rock supergroup has been doing in Eastern Europe. According to what the Hungarian medium Blikk published, the artist had to be treated by doctors because he was unconscious because he “had drunk.”

The band might not go on stage in Budapest and Depp might not even leave the hotel for the concert that he was due to give on July 18 in that country. Another Hungarian outlet, Index, also confirmed the news with sources close to the band.

On their social networks, the Hollywood Vampires announced the suspension of the recital through a statement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have canceled tonight’s show in Budapest. All tickets will be refunded in full. We love and appreciate all the fans who traveled from near and far to see us grow, and we are so sorry. Our most sincere apologies,” they said.
The communication was minutes before the recital they were to give, a situation that caused a lot of discomfort in the public, who had to leave the stadium where they had arrived with the hope of seeing their favorite artists.
It is the second time that the group has had to interrupt the concert itinerary in recent months due to different health problems of Depp. In May, the actor had injured his ankle and, therefore, three scheduled shows in the United States were cancelled.
The Hollywood Vampires band is led by Johnny Depp, but is also made up of strong rock personalities such as Alice Cooper, Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry, and some guest musicians such as Duff McKagan (Guns N’ Roses) or Matt Sorum (Velvet Revolver).
