Johnny Depp .. a live trial attended by Hollywood stars

A legal dispute between American actor Johnny Depp and his ex-wife, Amber Heard, will be broadcast live, following they return to the court arena once more.

The two stars return to court in the United States this time to exchange accusations of defamation. The trial will be widely watched, especially since the list of witnesses includes big and famous names, such as billionaire Elon Musk, actor James Franco and Paul Bettany, and actress Ellen Barkin.

The case of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard occupied world public opinion for a long time, and is one of the relations that reached the judiciary with great media and popular follow-up.

The duo exchanged accusations in cases including defamation and assault, and Johnny Depp was able to gain great sympathy following a leaked recording published by the Daily Mail, in which Amber Heard admits that she was the one who beat her ex-husband, and threw him pots and vases at home.

The recording showed the voice of the American actress clearly, and she was going through a fit of rage, trying to hit her husband Johnny Depp at the time, while he was trying to escape from her surroundings, and she told him that she might not promise him to stop hitting him.

Also among the cases, is one that the British newspaper The Sun entered as a party, following it published an article in 2018, in which it described Johnny Depp as a violent husband.

Heard had previously committed to a divorce settlement, announcing her donation to the Civil Liberties Union in America and Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, following her separation from Johnny Depp in 2016. Amber Heard said that she remained financially independent from Johnny Depp even while they were together, and the amount was donated. Fully settle for divorce in favor of charity.

It is expected that the coming period will witness new developments regarding the Amber Heard divorce settlement case.
