Actor Lance Reddick, best known for playing Charon in the John Wick franchise, has died at the age of 60. The actor’s body was allegedly found at his Studio City home around 9:30 am. The cause of death is currently unknown, but law enforcement sources said the actor’s death appears to have been of natural causes.
Lance Reddick is set to reprise his role as Charon in John Wick 4, which opens worldwide next week. The actor was involved in the promotion of “John Wick 4” and published relevant posts on social networks just a day before his dramatic denouement. The artist was expected to appear on The Kelly Clarkson Show ahead of the film’s release.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Lance Reddick studied classical music composition at the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester, where he earned a bachelor’s degree before earning a master of fine arts degree from Yale University in 1994. He began acting in the 1990s, first appearing in episodes of Undercover Cops, Quick Justice and The Babysitter. His first film role was as Anton Le Farge in Alfonso Cuarón’s Great Expectations in 1998.
On account of Lance Reddick more than 100 acting jobs, including projects that have not yet been released. Such as the remake of “White Men Can’t Jump” and “Percy Jackson and the Olympians”. He was also slated to star in a spin-off of the John Wick franchise called Ballerina.
