London: Teammate Jonny Bairstow has predicted that England player Joe Root will play Test cricket for another 10 years and will score around 25000 runs in Tests. Root’s century was brilliant. As someone who has seen his ups and downs up close and as someone who has known him for a long time, there is no greater pleasure in witnessing this century. Root is a phenomenal player and talent. I think he has another 10 years left in Test cricket. There is also a possibility of scoring 25000 Test runs.
