US President Joe Biden wants to run for a second term in next year’s election. The Democrat announced this on Twitter on Tuesday. As an incumbent, Biden is unlikely to face serious competition from the Democrats. In order to actually run as his party’s official candidate, Biden has to be confirmed in internal party primaries.
