Today, Weezevent invites you to join the adventure with a Sales Operation Manager position (M/F, based in Clichy).

As Sales Operations Manager at Weezevent, you will play an essential role in optimizing commercial processes and structuring information, particularly internationally and between the marketing and sales teams. You will be responsible for:
- Create and maintain a centralized bank of commercial materials (presentations, videos, standard emails, business cases) adapted to each market.
- Design and organize regular training programs for sales teams on new products and best practices.
- Ensure the quality of CRM data, and supervise their regular updating.
- Carry out benchmarks to improve our positioning and adjust the supports accordingly.
Profile sought
Your profile
Experience: you have significant initial experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech company.
Mastery of tools: you master presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides), and CRM tools (HubSpot).
Analytical ability: You have an analytical mind and are able to structure business information in a clear and accessible manner.
Proactivity and organization: You are capable of managing several projects simultaneously, with rigor and autonomy, while being proactive in resolving daily challenges.
Communication: You have excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English. A significant part of your missions will be carried out in English.
