WHAT WE OFFER YOU
In order to strengthen the sales forecasting department, we are looking for a fixed-term sales forecaster for a minimum period of 6 months. The main missions are to be responsible for leading the sales forecasting process on a defined product portfolio as well as to lead various process development projects in place.
In this context, your main missions are to:
Participate in the S&OP process and animate the sub-routines related to sales forecasts:
o Participate in the continuous improvement of the process
o Conduct market surveys
o Review monthly forecasts with marketing teams
o Present and validate monthly forecasts with Sales and Marketing Managers
Participate in the proper functioning and evolution of our sales forecast APS (Colibri Vision):
o Configure new products
o Ensure data reliability
o Create and improve KPIs
Manage a specific product portfolio:
o Plan and lead meetings with marketing
o Follow the evolution of the collections and the life cycle of the products
o Update sales forecasts in Colibri
Manage daily requests related to the sales forecast process:
o Respond to requests from suppliers
o Respond to reporting needs for marketing or sales
Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in place
IF YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF IN THIS PROFILE
– Bac +4/5 training, business school type or equivalent supply chain specialty.
– You have at least 3 years’ experience in an equivalent position, in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
– You have already taken part in an S&OP process in your previous experiences and have already piloted one or more change management projects.
– Knowledge of Orli and/or Colibri is a plus.
– Fluent English is desired for this position.
