JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of its activities and in order to ensure significant economic development of the club, the VRDR is recruiting two partnership managers.

The VRDR draws nearly 70% of its current revenue from partnerships with private companies in its territory to which it offers various 360° services around key areas: hospitality, advertising, ticketing, communication, events, integration of the first network of local decision-makers, support for a regional project with high societal added value.

YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Prospecting for private companies through different levers (phoning, field, internet, personal and professional networks, etc.);
  • Sale of catalog and/or personalized products;
  • Renewal and loyalty of a portfolio of partners through regular, professional and effective monitoring of customer relations;
  • Implementation of commercial activations;
  • Active participation in club events: match days, seminars, partner events (25/year);
  • Reporting to sales management

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

With commercial training, you have successful experience in the field of selling services or goods, you have a real hunting temperament, are “field” oriented and demonstrate self-sacrifice, pro activity as well as negotiation skills.

You like a challenge, want to work in an environment on a human scale and in a pleasant working environment within a motivated and supportive team.

Experience in a sales department of a sports club as well as a marked interest in the sporting/rugby sector and the organization of events are undeniable assets.

You must master the office pack and have a driving license.

CONTRACT

Contract: 18-month fixed-term contract or permanent contract depending on profile and background – 2-month trial period

Remuneration: Depending on performance, between 30 and 50K€ gross per year (fixed + variable remuneration + bonuses for achieving objectives)

Advantages: Company car + telephone + laptop
