Servette Football Club Chênois feminine SFCCF is an association whose aim is to encourage and develop the practice of women’s football throughout the canton of Geneva. As part of its mission, the association teaches through its teams and educators the values of respect, fair play, rigor and honesty as well as a taste for effort and self-sacrifice. The association works with cantonal and national football authorities to enable the canton’s best players to participate in various championships.
In order to support our existing teams, we are looking for a:
Secretary General
Missions
- You are attached to the committee and in close collaboration with the Sports Management and the technical staff.
- Your main mission is to ensure responsibility for the administrative management of the club and support the strategy defined by the Committee. You ensure good operational management, communication with the various internal and external stakeholders, as well as compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements.
- You uphold the club’s values and ensure fluid coordination between the Committee and the club’s teams.

Job Description
Administrative leadership and support to the Committee:
o Preparation of Committee meetings
o Monitoring of strategic decisions
o Archiving and document management
o Institutional representation
Internal and inter-organizational coordination:
o Collaboration with other entities of the Grenat Group
o Coordination with sports management
o Management of intra-group relations
General administrative management:
o Management of official correspondence
o Monitoring of legal and regulatory obligations
o Budgetary and administrative support
Human, financial and budgetary resources management:
o Collaboration with the Human Resources department
o Monitoring new collaborators and technical staff
o Monitoring of the administrative budget
o Management of contributions and invoicing
o Validation of invoices
External relations and representation of the club:
o Representation to sporting bodies
o Coordination with external partners
Organization of events and logistics:
o Planning club events
o Logistics for travel and competitions
Infrastructure monitoring and maintenance:
o Infrastructure management
o Coordination of work
Relationship with parents and institutions:
o Contact with parents
o School and educational monitoring
Profile
– You have higher education in administration, management of sports organizations or equivalent experience
– You have experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of sport or a non-profit association
– You have excellent organizational and administrative skills
– You are proficient in IT tools (office software and administrative management)
– You have budgetary and financial management skills
– You have a perfect command of written and oral communication, with an ability to manage institutional and public relations
– You have good knowledge of sporting regulations and processes related to women’s and/or semi-professional football
– You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
– You have a sense of initiative and the ability to resolve problems proactively
– You have the ability to work in a team and manage interpersonal relationships
– You set an example and respect the values of the club

Ultimately, I want to contribute to a thriving environment for women in sports here in Geneva.
