Description of the job offer
The French Athletics Federation (FFA) is a recognized public utility association and public service delegate. Its mission is to organize and develop athletics in France, in particular through supporting its clubs, its decentralized structures and the management of High Performance.
In this context, we are looking for a Digital Communication Manager to join the Communication Center made up of around ten people.
Main activities
- Collaborate in the animation and development of the FFA’s various social networks (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) as well as the YouTube video platform
- Increase the visibility of the FFA by exploring new communication channels (TikTok, Twitch, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Create and adapt visual content, photos and videos daily and occasionally in the field (championships, meetings, training courses, etc.)
- Keep up to date with current events (athletics, sports, digital and general) to strengthen the responsiveness of the FFA on different channels
- Strengthen links with our community of subscribers (customer service, management of public and private messages, etc.)
- Provide a statistical report on the different platforms and publications

Rigorous and organized, you demonstrate seriousness and attention to detail, qualities reinforced by your analytical mind and your sense of initiative.
You have mastered photo processing (Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere Pro) tools.
Your writing skills allow you to carry out communication projects and host commented lives.
Knowledge of athletics and its specificities would be a real asset for this position.
