Authentic club, particularly identity-based, among the most popular in French football, the Racing Club de Lens is currently in the midst of a revival. In 2024-25, it will continue its structuring in terms of communication. Creative and editor at heart, the candidate will be responsible for creating content, feeding and animating the club’s various media. Racing in your blood and golden creativity? Missions (non-exhaustive list)
– Agile production of video content (basic mastery of capture and editing), mainly produced on a smartphone, as well as photo shooting (shooting and retouching).
– Creation or publication of differentiating content on the club’s social networks, consistent with the editorial line and identity of Racing (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
– Live coverage of matches of the professional team, the training center teams and the women’s team playing in the Second League.
– Production of “cold” content such as the writing of portraits, articles on the history of the club and articles aimed at promoting the club’s activities in the broad sense (ticketing, merchandising, sponsorship and CSR).
– Participation in the development of editorial planning and monthly reporting.
– Participation in global communication campaigns, including the writing of creative briefs.
Expected skills
– Eye-catching writing and impeccable spelling.
– Absolute mastery of social networks, combining creativity and organizational rigor.
– Commitment, motivation, reliability and flexibility; The employee must demonstrate discretion and share the solidarity values of Racing and the mining area.
– Comfort in teamwork, ability to be proactive and versatile.
– Mastery of the Adobe suite and photo and video shooting techniques (notably Photoshop and Lightroom).
– Good knowledge of French men’s and women’s football.
Terms
Position to be filled on a fixed-term contract, from December 1, 2024 until September 1, 2025.
