In the amount of not more than 400,000,000 baht, the number of shares to be repurchased is not more than 16,000,000 shares with a par value of 1 baht per share, or an amount not exceeding 1.10% of the total shares sold. The period for repurchasing shares is scheduled from May 15, 2023 – June 15, 2023.
