Jill Helena, the alleged victim of Ali B, will be present at the verdict in the Ali B sex case on Friday. Her lawyer Sébas Diekstra announced this on Tuesday. Ali B’s lawyer announced earlier that the rapper will not be present in the Haarlem court on Friday.
“Client wants to be present at the verdict. However hard it may be for her, she feels she must do this. Also out of respect for the court, the Public Prosecution Service and the legal process,” says Diekstra.

Ali B is suspected of four sexual offenses once morest three different women. The Public Prosecution Service has demanded a prison sentence of three years. The alleged assault of Jill Helena is said to have taken place in May 2018 in the Martin Luther King Park in Amsterdam. There they are said to have kissed in the car, during which he is said to have touched her between both legs and grabbed her hand with the intention of having him jerk off.

‘No coercion’
The rapper does not deny that he touched and kissed Jill Helena, but denies that he forced her. According to the lawyer, there is insufficient evidence to prove assault.
