Now, Jeroen is relishing a fulfilling balance in his life. “But at the same time I am back in charge of my own life. I have finished work on time every day so that I have enough time for myself. There is a lot of love and balance in my family and life. So bring on 2025, I’m looking forward to it,” he enthuses.

The passing of his brother Wim left an indelible mark, prompting Jeroen to re-evaluate his priorities and find joy in the simpler things. “I don’t need champagne or Ferrari to have a good time. I’m happy with what I have. I have made a good journey so far, and every now and then I look back and conclude that we have done well. Life is brutal in some ways, but at other times it is incredibly fair,” he reflects.
