Jeremy Renner exercises to strengthen his legs

MIAMI.- The actor Jeremy Renner continues his recovery and shares on his social networks how his physical progress has been, following being hit by a snowplow at his residence in Tahoe, Nevada.

The event occurred when Renner was helping his nephew to get his car out of the snow, but by mistake the actor got out of the Pistenbully (the snowplow) without applying the handbrake, and when trying to get into the cabin, the machine, who was moving, ran over him.

The interpreter of Hawkeye he suffered 30 fractures between his upper and lower extremities, injuries that earned him several surgeries, two weeks of hospitalization and physical therapy.

After his discharge, the 52-year-old actor began physical therapy sessions, which he shared with his followers on Instagram. “Morning workouts, resolutions, everything changed in this particular new year,” he wrote in a post just days following the accident.

However, recently the actor has published some stories in which you can see how he has started training with the aim of strengthening his legs. The accident had prevented him from walking and moving freely.

“Whatever it takes,” wrote the Avengers cast member, referring to his drive to come out stronger from this experience and be able to return to his professional commitments.

Likewise, Renner stressed that he is not only working on his physical health, he has also dedicated time for his mental health, a part that was also affected by the sudden accident.
