Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s mansion is up for sale for $68 million in Beverly Hills, with the famous couple’s divorce rumors raging.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been married since 2022, bought the five-acre estate in Beverly Hills in May 2023 for $60,805,000 (€55.8 million).
According to the sale ad in The Agency, the mansion which has been “recently renovated to the highest standard” has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms with white being the dominant color combined with silver and gold accents.
It also includes an independent building that houses a fully equipped gyma boxing ring, a basketball court and a recording studio, a swimming pool behind the main property and overlooking the entire area, a separate 5,000 square foot (464.51 square meter) guesthouse penthouse, a caretaker’s house, as well and a spacious garage that holds up to 12 cars and parking for 80 more.
The couple is reportedly already living separately.
With Affleck living in an apartment in the Brentwood area a short distance from his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their children, while Lopez lives alone in the mansion, several times in the past two months, the camera has spotted her to look for houses in Los Angeles.
