If you dabble a bit in the world of virtual reality, perhaps you know the team Beef, behind ports of famous games on the helmet of Mark Zuckerberg. One can cite, for example, the different Quake, Return to Castle Wolfenstein or Doom 3. This time it’s regarding Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcastrenamed here Jedi Knight: Outcast, whose beta has just arrived for contributors of their patreon from tier 2 (€6).
It makes me want to go and cut some stormtroopers in VR, and all the more so if one can navigate the levels that one surveyed time and time once more over twenty years ago in Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast.
For now, it’s only one level, but a priori, they were able to do it in just a few weeks. This bodes well for the future.
