In story, the latter openly made fun of Gérard Depardieu by publishing a photo-montage not very advantageous for the French actor. Legend “A look back at 12 years of Ballons d’Or”we see 12 different photos of Gérard Depardieu face to face with a glass of wine in his hand, at different times (the photos ranging from the oldest to the most recent).
To better understand, the term “ballon” to also be used to design a wine glass. A nice provocation to which Gérard Depardieu has not yet responded.
