Former Walloon Budget Minister and current Walloon MP Jean-Luc Crucke is joining the Committed, the party announced Thursday at a press conference.
The Hénunier therefore leaves the MR, where he was at odds with the party leadership.
After refusing to occupy the position assigned to the MR at the Constitutional Court, Mr. Crucke had announced his intention to work towards the establishment of a large centrist movement with Les Engagés and DéFI. They eventually declined.
More information to come.
