The actor won’t be visiting Kerala anytime soon due to actor Jayasuriya’s molestation case. Friends said they also feared being arrested. Jayasuriya is currently in New York. He won’t be coming home anytime soon. An attempt will be made to apply for anticipatory bail. Jayasuriya will remain abroad pending the high court’s ruling.

The news was informed by a close friend of the actor. Jayasuriya fears that if he returns home, he will be arrested and jailed. This is their motivation to stay abroad. Friends said Jayasuriya told him that even if he reached Dubai, he would not return home. As per the high court’s decision in the petition, Jayasuriya will return home.

Meanwhile, the police have registered a case against actor Jayasuriya, accusing him of sexually assaulting the actress. The Thiruvananthapuram Cantonment police registered a case against Jayasuriya under the non-bailable section. A case has been registered under Sections 354, 354 A and 509 of the IPC alleging sexual assault against him near the washroom during the shooting of the film at Secretariat. The non-bailable part was imposed along with the parts for sexual assault and humiliation of women.
