Abu Dhabi: “The Gulf”
During its meeting on Friday, the Board of Directors of Q Holding Company elected Jassim Mohammed Buataba Al Zaabi as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Abdullah Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed as Vice Chairman of the Board.
The Board of Directors of Q Holding Company, listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, took a series of decisions, including the appointment of Abdullah Abdul Hamid Al Sahi as Managing Director of the Group, and Bill Anthony O’Regan as CEO of the Group. Majed Fouad Mohamed Odeh was also appointed as an advisor to the Group’s CEO.
According to a disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Market, the Board of Directors of “Q Holding” decided to postpone the appointment of the committees until the next meeting.
