The forward had two assists in just over 15 minutes of play in a 7-3 loss for his team.

It was due to several illnesses in Kladno’s squad that Jagr decided to put his skates and shoulder pads back on. He played his last game last April.

Jagr began his career with the Knights in 1988-89. Two seasons later, he made the jump to the National Hockey League (NHL), following being selected in the first round (fifth overall) by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 1990 draft.

In 1,733 NHL games, he had 766 goals and 1,155 assists for 1,921 points. He ranks fourth in league history in goals and games played on the best line in the world. He is also the second-highest scorer in NHL history, behind Wayne Gretzky.

In addition to the Penguins, he has worn the Washington Capitals, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Dallas Stars, Boston Bruins, New Jersey Devils, Florida Panthers and the Calgary Flames.
