The IPhone 15 was released to the Japanese market on September 22. With a price higher than those of older models, in particular because of the weakness of the yen, Apple’s new jewel has improved photographic functions, moving to a 48 Mpx lens (compared to the 12 Mpx of its predecessor), allowing high quality optical zoom.
The IPhone 15 has also changed the type of connector, now being equipped with USB-C, compatible with products from other brands for data transfer among other things.
The IPhone 15 Pro and IPhone 15 Pro Max also went on sale on the same day.
The standard iPhone 15 costs 124,800 yen (795 euros), or 5,000 yen more than the 14 released just a year ago.
