Participants in the research program, called the Sleep Performance Improvement Program, will receive a monthly salary of 50,000 yen, or Rs 30,452. The company states that if the quality of sleep increases, the salary will be increased.

Those who will be part of the research can sleep in their own homes. Each day the researchers recorded the brain waves of the sleepers as they fell asleep. According to this data will be shared on social media. Calbee is the company that developed a sleep aid pill called Neumin.
