A week before launching 10e season of The voice, TVA will offer the special program The Voice 10 years, which will be broadcast on Sunday January 14.
The 90-minute meeting, full of nostalgia, emotions and encounters, will be led by Charles Lafortune, who is the pillar of the popular musical competition. The host is in fact the only one to have returned year following year since the start of the show, in 2013. The 54-year-old man has rubbed shoulders with all the participants, the families and the coaches, in addition to having crowned each winner throughout the seasons.
The special show, which will be a sort of retrospective of the notable moments of the first nine seasons, will provide a look back at the television phenomenon that is The voice. On the menu: vocal performances, meetings with former participants and coaches, behind-the-scenes secrets and of course anecdotes, as you can guess.
The recording will take place at the MELS studio in the Saint-Hubert district, in Longueuil, where the show is filmed each season.

Remember that the four coaches of the 10th season of The voice are Roxane Bruneau, Corneille, France D’Amour and Mario Pelchat. Roxane (who had piloted The Second Voice) and France (who briefly replaced Marjo last season following the latter contracted COVID-19) officially slide into the red chairs for the first time. Corneille and Mario are on their second version. Last year, it was the latter’s candidate, the Franco-Ontarian Sophie Grenier, who won The voice at the age of 17.
Produced by Productions Déferlantes, in collaboration with Quebecor Content, the special The Voice 10 years will be presented on TVA on Sunday, January 14, starting at 7 p.m. As for the 10th season of The voiceit will begin a week later, on Sunday January 21, at the same time.
