India has said that there can be no compromise on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir. His special or separate status is over. This was said by Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar while addressing a book reception in New Delhi on Friday.
According to India Today, S. Jaishankar, explaining the change in Indian policy, made it clear in blunt terms that India can no longer hold unconditional talks with Pakistan. It also has to determine the nature of its relationship with Pakistan and see when negotiations can be held and when not.
S. Jaishankar said that while responding to any statement or action of Pakistan, its possible effects will also be seen and thought about. India will no longer remain passive in any matter.
S Jaishankar said that the affairs of Bangladesh have gone out of control. Ever since Sheikh Hasina Wajid’s government ended, there has been unrest in Bangladesh. Anarchy is increasing day by day.
India Today reported in a report that S. Jaishankar is not accustomed to keeping a lid on India’s interests. He takes a clear approach to describing Indian policy. Even in the matter of describing the nature of relations with Pakistan, he adopts an unusual style of conversation so that there is no ambiguity in anyone’s mind. .
