Jamie Foxx Apologizes for Controversial Post: Clarifying the Remarks and Expressing Love for the Jewish Community

After appearing again in public, Jamie Foxx finally apologized for his somewhat controversial post. He was accused of anti-Semitism or against the Jewish community.

On Aug. 4, the Oscar winner took to his personal Instagram page a series of pro and cons.

“They killed this Dude Jesus what do you think they’re going to do????! #fakefriends #fakelove,” wrote Jamie Foxx, as reported by multiple sources.

Following the reaction of fans on social media, he deleted his post and issued an official statement. “I want to apologize to the Jewish community and everyone who was offended by my post,” wrote Jamie Foxx on Instagram Stories the day after.

He then gave an explanation, “To clarify, I was betrayed by a fake friend and that is what I mean by ‘they’ nothing more. I just have love in my heart for everyone. I love and support the Jewish community. My deepest apologies to anyone to offend. Just love always, Jamie Foxx.”

Jamie Foxx’s controversial post comes months after he was out of the hospital. He was reportedly experiencing a serious medical illness but kept it a secret from the public.

After the furor, netizens linked the friend Jamie Foxx meant to be Jennifer Aniston.

On her personal Instagram page, Jennifer Aniston admits that she is fed up. “This really sickens me,” he wrote.

“I didn’t like this post intentionally or unintentionally. And more importantly, I want to make it clear to my friends and anyone who has been hurt by this post appearing in their feed, I do not support any form of anti-Semitism. I will not tolerate hate. in any form. Period,” he said.
