James Lowe: Thanks for having me. It’s an incredible feeling,honestly. Words can’t truly describe the joy and pride Arnica and I feel. Having Nico frist was amazing, and now with Renn, our family feels more complete. it’s like our hearts have expanded to fit two gorgeous little people in them.
We’ve seen your family grow both on and off the pitch. How has the journey been, balancing parenthood with your demanding rugby schedule?
JL: It’s a constant juggling act, that’s for sure. but I’ve learned to appreciate the importance of time management and being present in every moment, whether I’m with my family or on the field.My teammates and support system, including Arnica, have been incredibly helpful in making it all work.
You’ve mentioned that Arnica was a rockstar throughout the pregnancy. What has been her support like, especially with your rugby commitments?
JL: Arnica is truly my rock. With rugby keeping me away from home often, she’s the one holding down the fort, taking care of Nico, and managing the house. She’s been amazing, especially during her pregnancy. She’s strong, resilient, and manages everything like a champion.I couldn’t ask for a better partner in all this.
Fans have loved catching glimpses of your family life on social media. We’ve seen Nico’s excitement about becoming a big brother. How has he been adjusting to life as an older sibling?
JL: Nico’s been absolutely amazing! he’s so in love with Renn and is always eager to help out. He even tries to ‘read’ to her now, which is the cutest thing ever. We’ve seen him grow in such a positive way, and it’s heartwarming to watch their bond develop.
You’ve been quite private about your personal life in the past.What made you decide to share more of it with fans this time around?
JL: Becoming a father again made me realize the importance of sharing our joy and life with others. It’s not just about rugby for me anymore; it’s about my family and creating a loving habitat for them.
