The attorney said that Sabda Ahessa did not owe Wulan Guritno any debt. The Rp. 396 million used to renovate the house was a mutually agreed fund.
“Based on the facts we found and the documents we read, our client does not owe Ms Guritno month. “We have documents that prove the facts regarding the funds for the agreement,” claimed Aditya Anggriady as the attorney when met at the South Jakarta District Court, yesterday.
“All or these bailout funds are not actual bailout funds, but funds that were mutually agreed upon for mutual needs as well,” he continued.
Sabda Ahessa’s attorney gave an example, regarding plans in the house to create a room for women’s clothing. This was Wulan Guritno’s wish.
“So, for example, Mrs. Wulan Guritno may have plans in the future to create a women’s clothing room, like that,” said attorney Sabda Ahessa.
Aditya Anggriady also said that Wulan Guritno’s communication with Sabda Ahessa was still good. Even though they mightn’t talk in detail regarding this.
However, the civil lawsuit from Wulan Guritno shocked Sabda Ahessa.
“Yes, if a legal layperson gets a lawsuit, they will definitely be shocked, it’s normal,” said Aditya.
When asked regarding the existence of a personal plan between Wulan Guritno and Sabda Ahessa behind the renovation of the house, Aditya said that what was made in the house was also a mutual agreement.
“Yes, we’ll get to it later, yeah, I think clothes are what we plan to do in the house for the future, right? All the agreements are mutual, (regarding rooms) women’s clothes, for example, there are rooms, clothes, like that,” explained Aditya in pieces. .
The house that was renovated using these funds is confirmed to be the personal property of Sabda Ahessa. It is suspected that there are beautiful plans such as a wedding between Wulan Guritno and Sabda Ahessa, Aditya said he might not talk regarding it yet.
“That’s Sabda’s house. Yes (private). We can’t talk regarding that yet (The month of Guritno and Sabda had planned to get married)” answered Sabda’s attorney Ahessa.
