The Jakarta Metro Police took charge of security for the New Year’s Eve celebrations, deploying a strong contingent of 1,500 personnel.This force comprised 900 personnel from the Jakarta Metro Police and 600 personnel from regional units, strategically positioned at key locations throughout the city.
