Will Season 17 of Grey’s Anatomy mark the beginning of a new love story?
While we were wondering recently which key character will be back in episode 4 of season 17 of Grey’s Anatomy, we are now interested in something that has already happened: the rapprochement between Jackson and Jo. After the latter went to see him to ask him for a “sexual favour”, the 2 doctors got closer and it seems legitimate to wonder if this might not mark the beginning of a real romantic relationship. During a recent interview, the actress Camilla Luddington is precisely entrusted on what awaits Jo and on the challenges that she will take up in the next episodes.
“We see that in this season, there are certain moments when Jo just doesn’t want to go to work. She finds it really hard, stressful and depressing. She struggles a bit and she needs comfort but also friendship”. This might mean that Jo and Jackson will just be friends in the sequel, but that’s not the only possible solution… “I don’t think Jo should rush into anything too serious just yet. But if the current flows and the chemistry is present, I’m in. I just want Jo to be happy actually, and if it happens with Jackson Avery, then it’s going to be with Jackson Avery, and if it’s someone else, it’s going to be someone else.” A relationship between the 2 doctors is therefore clearly not to be excluded.but while waiting to find out if it will ever materialize, this is why the intrigues on the coronavirus in season 17 of Grey’s Anatomy might have a huge impact in the United States.
