J Balvin launches application focused on emotional well-being

The singer J Balvin announced the creation of OYE, an application that will seek well-being. In an interactive and bilingual way, this new proposal from the reggaeton player will contain different contents so that its users can access emotional resources and personal updates from the Colombian.

Balvin is at the forefront of the project as co-founder and Chief Dream Officer and actively participates in content development.

“Due to my own path with mental health, for some time I wanted to create a community-focused company that might have an impact in key areas related to emotional well-being,” said the interpreter of “It’s not fair” and reviewed Digitaltrends.

He added that “the path to health is different for each person, and deeply personal. Our intention is to encourage and enable people to put their mental and emotional health first, as well as provide opportunities for the global community to creatively create their own world of wellness.”

The new bet by J Balvin, who has already shared his experiences with depression and meditation on other occasions, will have daily wellness practices in English and Spanish, to help its users change their mood through guided reflections.

The intention is to transform negative emotions into positive thoughts. How? Thanks to the movement, as well as improving their personal relationships by listening and not just hearing.

Likewise, OYE will explore the balance between physical health, emotional well-being and social relationships, thanks to audio and video content in three categories: My mind, expanding perspectives with sound trips; My body is also mentioned, changing moods with movement and breathing; and, finally, Mi Gente, social healing through authentic conversations.
