Some are very concerned regarding the slowness of Air Canada’s customer service when they wish to contact an employee to move a flight or obtain a refund.

An American tourist at Montreal-Trudeau airport met by TVA Nouvelles did not praise Air Canada’s personnel management.

“We are from the United States. What I have just experienced is the Third World! Third World! I’m never going to travel with Air Canada once more, it’s over!” he exclaimed.

Faced with the chaos that has reigned for several hours, passengers are getting impatient and do not hesitate to make their point of view known regarding customer service.

“It’s a big frustration, we are very disappointed with the customer service. We are really left to ourselves, abandoned, ”lamented a traveler.

“I did the line for 3h30. I got here around 5 a.m., and instead of seeing customer service agents, I was shocked to see only phones, talking to someone who doesn’t exist,” said another customer of the airline company.
