It’s the end of Coldplay…well not yet – Konbini

This was announced by Chris Martin, the singer of the group, during an interview for Apple Music with Zane Lowe.

Coldplay, formed in 1996 in London, has become one of the most influential and popular alternative rock bands of the 21st century. With nine studio albums to their credit, including the famous Parachutes (2000) et A Rush of Blood to the Head (2002), they have sold more than 100 million albums worldwide. Their musical style, blending melodic rock, pop and electronic experimentation, as well as their spectacular stage performances, has won over an international audience, and earned them numerous awards, including seven Grammy Awards and sold-out world tours.

“I think we have three more albums, and our last one will be out at the end of 2025. And I think after that we’ll just be touring […] we might do some things together again, but the Coldplay catalog is finished”explains the singer of the group.

We will therefore be entitled to 12 Coldplay albums in total. Rest assured, fans, you still have two years to breathe. The others, sorry, but you will continue to be the +1 of your friends, because if the albums end, the scene continues. They plan to tour for a few more years.

Did we need two more albums? The question arises… (thanks anyway for Paradiseyou remade my childhood).
