Broadcast by several Ukrainian media, the authenticity of this conversation remains difficult to prove. At first, Iosif Prigozhin had denied the accusations on Telegram: “Today’s technologies make it possible to manufacture such ‘fake’”, he had explained. Prigozhin then finally admitted in the Russian media “Meduza” that part of the recording might be true but that he “did not remember”. The independent Russian website “Important Stories” also concluded that the audio might be genuine.
During this conversation, we can thus hear, which would be the producer Iosif Prigozhin and the billionaire Farkhad Akhmedov, set fire to Vladimir Putin and the Russian government. The former is a longtime supporter of the president who he even campaigned for in 2018, reports the Moscow Times. The second made his fortune in the gas industry and was a senator.
”He (Vladimir Putin, Ed.) doesn’t care regarding anything. And he cares regarding people. He’s a fucking Satan. A wimp”, asserts in particular one of the voices. “He gave up the country and we have nowhere to go”, adds one of the interlocutors. In another sequence, the Russian leader is compared to an “under-educated Lilliputian”. The rest of the Kremlin also takes it for its rank: “Just scum who shed innocent blood”, “They have confiscated the future of the country”.
