It’s not too late; Mamata Banerjee takes the initiative to form an opposition alliance again

New Delhi | Mamata Banerjee has once once more taken the initiative to form a broad opposition alliance in the wake of the BJP’s victory in four of the five states where elections were held. Mamata Banerjee has said that she will cooperate with the Congress in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections if it is ready to change its current approach. Mamata Banerjee says it is too late to bring anti-BJP parties on one platform. The Aam Aadmi Party’s landslide victory in Punjab has also prompted the West Bengal Chief Minister to launch a new alliance.

Earlier, Mamata Banerjee had visited Delhi to discuss the formation of an alliance with the Congress, but the Congress did not take a favorable approach. However, Mamata Banerjee has said that she is not interested in Rahul Gandhi’s moves. The Trinamool leader wants change in a way that only upholds the Gandhi family. Mamata Banerjee is in talks with leaders of other major regional parties to strengthen the opposition alliance.
