First rumors that the legendary British band Rolling Stones fanned themselves – now it’s out: the musicians around frontman Mick Jagger (80) are releasing a new album. They want to talk to US talk show host Jimmy Fallon this Wednesday regarding this “new album, the new music and a new era”, like them Stones announced on their Instagram account on Monday evening. The 31st studio album is called “Hackney Diamonds”.
According to the British news agency PA Press, the interview with Fallon will take place in London’s Hackney district. It is supposed to be global on the Youtube channel of the Rolling Stones streamed, as the band’s Instagram account goes on to say. They had the last studio album “Blue & Lonesome”. The band had kept making vague hints regarding a new album.
