REGISTRATION for the Right Subsidy Program for purchasing subsidized fuel for Pertalite users, especially four-wheeled vehicles, is still open for the public in the phase 1 regions, namely Java, Madura, Bali (Jamali) and some other Non-Jamali regions, namely Kepri, NTT, Maluku, North Maluku, Gorontalo, North Kalimantan and East Kalimantan.

Before registering, prepare a number of documents such as a photo of your ID card, a photo of yourself, a photo of your vehicle registration certificate (front and back), a photo of the entire vehicle, a photo of the front of the vehicle, a police number and a photo of the vehicle inspection certificate for vehicles using the inspection certificate.
“Currently, registration for the Right Subsidy Program is still open. Consumers need to prepare documents which will later be uploaded to website,” said Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Heppy Wulansari, through an official statement received Thursday (15/8).
Heppy explained that in addition to the phase 1 area, this data collection will be expanded to other areas throughout Indonesia. “It is hoped that by the end of August, users of phase 1 vehicles will have registered,” said Heppy.
Heppy said that this stage of registration is focused on matching data between what is registered by the public with documents and vehicle data owned. After the status is registered, the public will get a QR Code unik that will be received through email or notification on website subsiditepat.mypertamina.id.

“For the convenience of the community, QR Code can be printed and brought to the gas station, so it is not mandatory to download the MyPertamina application or bring it mobile phone to the gas station. This mechanism is still specifically for four-wheeled vehicles (cars),” he explained.
According to Happy, the Right Subsidy Program aims to record vehicles that use the Special Assignment Fuel Type (JBKP) Pertalite. Like the implementation of QR codes for subsidized Solar transactions that are already running, the steps currently being taken are a form of the company’s efforts to record Pertalite transactions better and more transparently, considering the compensation budget provided by the Government for Pertalite type fuel products.
“Through data collection, it is hoped that the distribution of subsidized fuel can be better monitored and prevent fraud or misuse in the field, so that subsidized fuel is distributed to people who are entitled to it,” explained Heppy.

According to ESDM Ministerial Decree No. 37.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2022, Pertalite (RON 90) is designated as Assigned Fuel by the Government.
