It’s easier to offend and do comedy

The actor Orestis Giovas commented on the reactions regarding Markos Seferlis and his performances.

The actor spoke on the “SuSou Breakfast” show and addressed satire and political correctness. He even explained that satire can be done successfully without offending anyone.

Initially, Mr Orestis Giovas he stated: “I’ve seen satire without even profanity, I won’t say it offends groups of people, and I’ve dried up laughing. THE Seferlis uses the non-politically correct. It’s probably easier to insult and make comedy with the insult.”

Then, according to the protothema, the actor referred to the attack that Markos Seferlis has recently received from a part of the public, but also from television personalities.

“He may think of the coordinated attack, but he’s from the modern world, not some world colluding to attack someone. Let people put a little water in their wine, those who are not politically correct, because this is all done to protect certain members of society. We don’t do it because we want to put frames and boundaries,” he said in closing.
