It requires applicants to be Italian citizens or legally eligible to become citizens and be 40 years of age or younger.
This mountain village is located at an altitude of 1250 feet above sea level, where only 115 people currently reside, half of whom are elderly while just under 20 are under the age of 13.
The Town Council will give a fixed amount every month for 3 years to the new residents moving there.
A total of 8 thousand euros (more than 1.5 million Pakistani rupees) will be given every year, while 20 thousand euros (more than 3.7 million Pakistani rupees) will be given as a lump sum for businesses.
They will also get a property to live in which will be charged a nominal rent, however, it is not yet clear how much the nominal rent will be. According to the mayor, the financial details will be determined after analyzing all the applications.
So far more than 1500 people have applied for it, but the council will currently select only 5 couples and gradually this number will be increased.
